The Main character "Michael Schofield" in the TV Prison Break Series has a Peculiar Psychic Disorder which makes him Ultra Aware of things around him. Any one Know the name of the disorder? Is it a real one or Fiction?

In Prison Break. Sarah meets with Dr Brighton and he said that Michael Suffers from 'Low Latent Inhibition', a condition where he processes every single element of what he sees.
Dr Brighton used a desk lamp as an example. Michael would see the lamp like i would, but his mind would also fixate on every element, down to the bolts and washers inside.
His brain is more open to incoming stimuli in the surrounding envirionment, which the tipical brain would shut out thruough a process called 'Latient Inhibiton.'
Appariently, if someone with a low IQ and Low latient inhibition it results in a mental illness but someone with a High IQ like michael results in creative genius.

My best friend is turning 16 this year, and her favourite show is Prison Break, I don't know much about it.. But I'm planning her a surprise party, and it would be nice if the theme was more to her taste.
So decorations? Any particular music? Even a particular food? Anything will help, I'm completely clueless.

hang license plates around, give mini name license plates as party favors, have a man (a friends dad) chained to a chair (not really but make it look like it) wearing a black and white striped prison outfit and take picture with him, it should be semi dark in the rooms, you can set up a siren light in the house and it will randomly go off throughout the party so everyone has to go into "lockdown mode" or evacuate.
